<p>Many dieters are looking for fast ways to lose weight, but is this possible? Many may argue with me about this, but to lose weight fast is not the best approach. Yes, you can lose weight faster but faster does not mean in a matter of a few weeks. Also, to lose weight quickly will also depend on your current weight; meaning,<span id="more-370"></span> the more you weigh, the longer it will take to get to your weight goal.</p>
<p>First, let&#8217;s talk about about why quick weight loss is not the best approach to a healthy and more fit you.</p>
<p>1. It has been proven that losing weight slowly tends to say off longer. Dramatic we<br />

ight loss usually results in losing water weight and not the fat loss that one is normally wanting. Water weight loss will surface gain; thus, resulting in the yo-yo dieting efforts.</p>
<p>2. Crash diets to lose weight fast usually entails starving yourself; thereby, reducing calorie intake. Shedding unwanted pounds this way is dangerous. In fact, the body will usually retaliate by putting on more weight than what was originally lost. This type approach fails because the weight is gained once you return to eating normally.</p>
<p>3. Diet pills, shakes, etc. are not a solution to weight loss. These diet alternatives lead to temporary results. Again more failure. </p>
<p>Overall, there are fast ways to lose weight, but the end result is most times the same. Quick weight loss is unhealthy and will leave you frustrated and still overweight. Instead, try implementing ways to lose weight naturally. </p>
<p>To accomplish a healthy weight loss approach:</p>
<p>Start exercising: This is the best way to lose weight. Your exercise regime should incorporate both cardio and strenght training. The cardio to burn the fat and the strength training to help your body increase metabolism even at rest and give you long term weight loss results. Even sports activites; such as, tennis, basketball, swimming, etc can help give you the weight loss results you desire. </p>
<p>Strength Training: Helps to build lean muscle. As stated earlier, this will enable you to burn fat a will and convert it into energy. Not only does this increase your metabolism, but it wil also help you lose weight fast.</p>
<p>Healthy Meal Plans: Don&#8217;t deny yourself food. This will only put you in &#8220;starvation mode&#8221;, which causes a decrease in your metabolism. Eat more but in smaller portions. Ceate a meal plan that is healthy. Replace red meat with lean meat. </p>
<p>Chicken and fish are good choices for lean meat. They are also a good source for protein. Avoid processed foods. Have 2-3 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. These are a good source of fiber and vitamins as well as other nutrients that the body needs. </p>
<p>Lastly, rest. Always listen to your body. Sleep is very important to the preservation of your body. You need at least 7-8 hours of sleep. After working out, rest your body. Overworking your body can cause fatigue and stress. Rest can also help you recover quicker and increase muscle growth. Remember, muscles burn fat; thus help you to lose weight quickly.</p>

When you perform a body weight exercise you are typically using every muscle in your body. This means that you are burning the maximum amount<span id="more-363"></span> of fat possible. What follows below is a body weight exercise routine that will help melt the fat off your body like butter under a blowtorch. It&#8217;s tough though so if it&#8217;s your first time go easy!</p>
<p>Mountain Climbers &#8211; To perform this bodyweight exercise bend over and put both hands on the ground. Next, stretch your right leg behind you with your left leg tucked into your chest. Now simply bring your right knee to a position under your chest while you extend your left leg behind you. Repeat this motion quickly back and forth. It should almost look like you are a sprinter running in place, although of course you are not moving at all. Perform this exercise 25 times.</p>
<p>The Prisoner Squat &#8211; Perform this exercise by putting your hands behind your head like your a prisoner. Then simply bend your knees to squat down then stand back up again. Breathe out as you go bend your knees, breathe in as you stand up. The reason you do this is you should consider your lungs to be like an accordion. When you bend down you are squeezing your lungs (somewhat) so you will want to exhale the air. When you stand back up you are increasing the size of your lungs which is when you will want to breathe in. Perform 15 repetitions of this body weight exercise.</p>
<p>Basic Pushups &#8211; Get down on all fours in the basic pushup position. Make sure you keep your back straight with both your stomach and butt tight. Breathe in as you press yourself up, breathe in during the downwards motion.</p>
<p>Single Leg Squat Thrust &#8211; Stand up straight with your stomach tucked in tight. Bend over and place your palms on the ground. Raise one leg off the ground so that only you are standing on one leg. Jump backwards with this one leg and then jump it backwards again. Bring your opposite foot to the ground again and stand up. Repeat this process again but with the opposite leg. Perform this motion 20 times (10 for each leg). This exercise will really get your heart pumping.</p>
<p>Ring Row &#8211; For this body weight exercise you will need some gymnastic rings. All you do here is grab each ring from the bottom and hang there with your back to the ground. The rings should be low enough to allow you to keep your feet on the ground. Now simple pull your chest up towards the rings and let yourself come back down again. Perform this motion 10 times.</p>
<p>Alternating Lunges &#8211; For this exercise stand up straight with your hands on your hips. Take a big step forward with your right foot and bend it at the knee. Bring your left knee down but do not allow it to touch the mat. Stand up straight and then lunge forward with your left leg. Repeat in this alternating style 10 times.</p>
<p>Burpees &#8211; This is an example of a bodyweight exercise that you should not do on an empty stomach. Begin by standing up straight. Bend forward and place your palms on the ground. Next jump backwards with both feet then bring them forward again. Now from this squat position jump straight upwards. Repeat this exercise 10 times.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve finished this body weight exercise routine you should be sweating all over and you&#8217;ll be burning fat like crazy, guaranteed. Good luck!</p>
